- Make sure your earbuds are sufficiently charged, including the earbud case.
- Go to the settings on your iPhone or Android device.
- Open Bluetooth settings.
- Please take your earbuds out of their case. You may choose to either keep them outside of the case or place them in your ears.
- Your phone’s Bluetooth will detect them once you remove it from the earbud’s case.
